On the 5th July the church has been booked for a Day of African Music and Dance by the organisers of Wymondham Music Festival. My understanding of the day is that there will be workshops and teaching during the day followed by a concert in the evening lead by Anna Mudeka and her band.

I don’t know whether there will be a cost to go along but it does sound like a really good event. It will also be an opportunity for people of Wymondham to visit our church, see where we are and I am sure we will be able to leave some leaflets laying around. Why not come along?

Helen wrote:“This time we reviewed ‘The End of The Affair’ by Graham Green. I personally found this book a bit tiresome. Whilst it was not a difficult read I did get to the end of it and wonder what exactly it was all about. I found the style in which it was written very dated and it just didn’t have the pace I would like. I didn’t like any of the characters in the book and formed no attachment to any of them - I just didn’t care enough about what happened to them. I gave this book a rating of 4 out of 10.”
