Fairtrade is about better prices, decent working conditions, local sustainability, and fair terms of trade for farmers and workers in the developing world. By requiring companies to pay sustainable prices (which must never fall lower than the market price), Fairtrade addresses the injustices of conventional trade, which traditionally discriminates against the poorest, weakest producers. It enables them to improve their position and have more control over their lives.

Just a note to say sorry for the delay in adding the sermon recording today, but after trying to increase the volume of the sermons ‘at source’ ie at the recording stage, we have appeared to ‘over cooked’ it somewhat. This has made the audio quality of the sermon much lower than normal.

I shall be trying tomorrow to see if I can improve the quality of the audio, before I publish it to the site.

Apologies for this, we shall look into this for next week to try and solve the problem. Once this has been uploaded I shall add a note on the home page as usual and also comment against this post. Just in case we have any audio experts in the congregation, please let me know if you have any experience in filtering the file to improve it.
